Our quality step-by-step process: from design and engineering...


All detailed engineering is done in-house. We have our own sophisticated software to calculate and design your storage tanks. With references in 60 countries, we are familiar with designing in accordance with applicable (local) codes. We use state of the art machines for automated production of the tank parts in our 13 500 m2 tank fabrication facility. This enables us to produce high quality products at the lowest possible costs for your project.

With our experience in field erected large stainless steel tanks, we have developed a unique technology for onsite assembly and welding. All tank parts are pre-fabricated in flanged segments for easy assembly and welding in the field. Our unique tank panel design system ensures not only that assembly is performed in the shortest possible time, but also contributes to the quality of the welding work performed on site.


When we come to site we bring our own equipment, supervisors and above all our own J&D ASME / EUROCODE qualified welders. Our very experienced assembly teams are accustomed and familiar with the requirements for working on site in industrial plants. The assembly time required is significantly less compared to classical tank on-site building.
