Large vertical above the ground storage tanks are pre-fabricated in our modern and well equipped production facility. The stainless steel tank panels are safely shipped to your plant where certified welders assemble the ss tanks on site up to 20m width and 30m high.

Our unique design and methodology for tank constructions on your location

All custom tank design and detailed engineering is done in-house. We have our own sophisticated software to calculate and design your custom storage tanks. With references in 60 countries, we are familiar with designing in accordance with applicable (local) codes. We use state of the art machines for automated production of the tank parts in our 13 500 m2 tank fabrication facility. This enables us to produce high quality tank panels at the lowest possible costs for your project.

With our experience in large stainless steel tank constructions, we have developed a unique technology for on-site assembly and welding. All tank parts are pre-fabricated in flanged segments for easy assembling and welding on site. Our unique panel design system ensures not only that assembly is performed in the shortest possible time, but also contributes to the quality of the welding work performed on site.

When we come over to your construction site we bring our own equipment, supervisors and above all our own J&D ASME / EUROCODE qualified welders. Our very experienced and certified assembly teams are accustomed and familiar with the requirements for working on site in industrial plants. The assembly time required is significantly less compared to classical tank construction on-site.
