Code of Conduct

At Jansens & Dieperink we are committed to conduct our business with integrity, transparency and professionalism. We do this in compliance with applicable international and national laws and take responsibility for the impact of our business operation on people, the environment and society. Our commitment is safeguarded through our corporate values and principles as set out in our Code of Conduct and underlying policies.

Our Code aims to enable our employees and business partners to make the right decisions. The Code is universal and applies to everyone in our company and everywhere we work. Moreover, we promote the same principles in our relationships with clients, suppliers and other business partners.

Supplier Code of Conduct

Our Supplier Code of Conduct provides the basic principles on business ethics and guidelines on ethical behavior. All third parties doing business with or on behalf of Jansens & Dieperink are expected to adhere to the Supplier Code as well as all relevant laws and regulations. In turn, we encourage our suppliers to raise awareness of the Code’s principles throughout their own supply chain.

Human Rights and Labor Standards

At Jansens & Dieperink we are committed to uphold human rights and labor principles in every aspects of our operations. Our commitments are embedded in our corporate values, our Code of Conduct and underlying policies. We adhere to the United Nations Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and expect the same commitment from our partners and suppliers.
