Gravity blenders

The use of gravity blenders for mixing is an important process step in the production of polymers. Proper gravity blending contributes to the qualtity of the end product and is therefore used in most polymerisation plants. We use the most advanced technology available on the market to manufacture our gravity blenders. Our Avery gravity blenders® make it possible to blend large quantities of product (up to 3,000 m3) with minimal recirculation, resulting in a mixture with very high homogeneity. Reducing recirculation saves on both time and energy consumption, and reduces the amount of dust produced. We consult closely with our customers in the petrochemical industry to continuously improve our patented mixing technology, based on extensive testing. J&D avery gravity blenders® are approved by all process polymer process licensors.

Floating top hole principle

Avery gravity blenders® are used in the manufacturing process for almost all types of polymer, and can be combined with degassing, cooling, stabilizing and drying technology. Because we’ve already delivered more than 1,000 gravity blenders to our customers, you can rest assured that Jansens & Dieperink is also the right partner for you when it comes to optimally mixing polymer granulates and powders.
