Bolted silos

The parts of these silos are transported in shipping containers for assembly on-site. Because this method does not require welders or other specialised personnel, it is fast and simple.


These high-quality aluminium silos are bolted together using the Stanriv® process and do not require welding.


Stanriv® silos are:

  • assembled according to a unique, patented design
  • supplied as a package consisting of prefabricated components that fit together perfectly
  • transported in standard 40 ft sea containers
  • offered in a range of standard dimensions, or in custom sizes if required.

Assembling Stanriv® silos is very easy and takes very little time. While other suppliers seal the silo parts with gaskets (with the risk of damage and leakage), Jansens & Dieperink’s patented joint renders this unnecessary. Using the Stanriv® method, the silo parts are attached to each other on the outside with flanges and then sealed. This ensures a 100% controllable seal.
